That kind of surprises me since Thigpen is moving into the #2 role and they are pretty much done with Huard....I figured they would let Greene, Leak, and Santos battle it out in preseason for the #3.

Send him to the panthers, they need all the help at QB they can get. Delhomme's status is iffy comming of major surgery. Carr is out and Vinnie is one year older and not under contract.

All that may mean is he is still trying out as a non preferred free agent.

A Delaware kid is still trying out for the Redskins thougth he is not listed on the web roster.

Santos needs to head up to the CFL. I always thought his game was more designed for the CFL than NFL. He could be a great one up there.

There are several guys not listed but are still trying to make the team. If he does not make it I think he would fit in perfectly for the Area teams. I think he is still trying to earn a roster spot though.

Well it's confirmed from Santos himself, I agree his game is best suited for Canada. However he does remind me alot of Romo and look what he has done. If Santos signs with Montreal , I guess it will be reason enough to make the trip north. Have not been to Montreal in a long time

I believe matt moore may be a temporary escape for this season, not a long term solution.

I'm glad he's going to be given a chance to play somewhere; hopefully he will get some playing time and the NFL scouts will take notice. The kid has too much talent and tenacity not to be given a break.

Matt Moore is a very good QB and I am very comfortable with him if Jake can't cut it. Steve Smith and Moose have no problem with him either and the Panthers can win the NFC south. I can't wait to see Dexter jackson in BofA Stadium though.
