Good article.He seems to be a tough kid with the right agent. I hope he gets a shot also.

I love this guy. I know I have seen enough of him as a Delaware fan to know he has some intangibles that don't show up on all of the usual measurables. I am sure Santos will catch on with someone and I wouldn't be suprised if he sticks initially as some teams # 3 QB.

A sad reality for some guys is that their game just doesn't translate to the next level. It happens from high school to college, and it happens from college to the NFL. I'd love to see Santos get his shot in "the league" and do well. But if he doesn't, there's no shame in the AFL or CFL. Plus, several QBs have used those leagues as stepping stones to great NFL careers.

Whether or not Santos makes a mark in any pro league ... no one can take from him the great success and excitement that he enjoyed personally, and that he brought to the UNH program.

I think he has all the tools that can translate to a productive career in the NFL. It all depends on whether a team looks passed his 6'1" height. Not short, but we all know how in love they are with 6'4"+ guys. The Garcias and Brees' of the league remind them constantly that there is more to being a QB than being tallxnodx
