Heck, most teams don't even suit up til mid March. CSU should run from around mid March to mid April with the spring game on April 19th or the week before. Hasn't been published just yet.

The philosophy of having an early camp and let players rehab or work on what they've learned for a longer period of time afterwards is interesting. Of course the warmer climate helps.

Camp Wagner starts March 31 in Cullowhee and the coaches are, I've heard, looking to turn the SG into something HUGE.

I can safely say that I think we will have a good crowd for the SG on April 19th.

Towson usually report just after Spring Break and has their Black and Gold game on the first Saturday in May.

McNeese is starting spring practice a little late in hopes of getting its artificial turf done in time for the spring game. I'm thinking mid-April.

By the way, the grass is off the field and it's ready for turf to go on it now.

Coach Conque announced at the signing ceremony that spring ball will begin on Feb.29. There will be scrimmages on March 8 and 15. The Purple/Gray game will be March 20.
