what's the story on that one?

From what I have read, he was hoping to get a late offer from a Pac 10 team, or become a walk on.

Although in his interview, his family had told him that some money was better than no money. I took that to mean that an offer from Montana was better than walking on at a Pac 10.

Josh Stuberg is a huge get. The kid has excellent speed and quickness. Before this year, everyone thought he would go Pac10. Jared Hunt is also very quick and should grow into a very good strong safety. I'm from Helena and have seen these boys play quite a bit. Sam Gratton also very happy we signed him! Saw DeBruycker play by chance, stayed in Ennis a night the same night they played Choteau. Never heard of him before that but he is very impressive as well.
