In recruiting, like baseball, you measure your success by your hits, not your misses. However, for schools like Samford, you can measure progress by both.
Like when one of your recruits gets swept away by a Division I-A national-championship caliber program such as Florida State, you can at least speculate - and we’re talking recruiting, so speculation is all we can do - that you’re on the right track.
