Transfers put Norfolk State ahead of the recruiting curve
Dennis Brown stepped out of the car after driving 10 hours from Storrs, Conn. He had never set foot on Norfolk State’s campus but wasn’t in the mood for a tour.
He wanted to watch film, maybe lift some weights. He asked football coach Pete Adrian for keys to the weight room.
“Dennis, let’s get you settled in a room first,” Adrian recommended.
