I dont think so because dartmouth recruits dont revieve a scholarship and therefore arent subjest to the letter of intent. These 12 kids probably applied Early decision got in and decided it was Dartmouth. A lot of recruits wouldnt even be accepted yet at this point as they would have applied later, which is why many are announced later

Early admission is different. Once the early decision kids are formally accepted by the college and return their official paperwork accepting admission they are committed to the school. Coaches at that point are free to comment on them.

Dartmouth can announce whenever they want, or not at all. It does not participate in the National Letter of Intent program.
