Is there a payout for winning the FCS national championship?

From what I understand about the NC is that there has almost always been a cost to win it. What the NCAA reimburses a team for in based strictly on a specified limit of members of the "official" travel party at an established rate on specific items. Anything else or expenses for those not on the official travel party are to be paid by the school. Unlike the bowls where you get a payout and you decide how you will spend it, for the NC there is only the increase in size of the travel party from earlier rounds but that is not as large as some think.
