Richmond, Va. —Redshirt senior linebacker and team captain Tristan Wheeler has been named a 2023 third team FCS All-American by FCS Football Central, announced Monday. FCS Football Central is a recently formed partnership between The Bluebloods and Sports Illustrated/Fan Nation.
