SLC Week 11 Pick 'Em
Three games are on tap for this weekend, all conference games, two afternoon games and one with a 7 PM kickoff.
UIW (4-1), who had not lost since their first game of the season, had its home field win streak snapped by Nicholls and will have a week off to ponder this with the cancellation of the home game against Northwestern State.
With the win at UIW, Nicholls (5-0) is currently the lone undefeated team in the SLC standings and will host Lamar (4-1), who throttled Commerce, in an important SLC showdown.
SLU (2-3), fresh off its home win against McNeese, visits Commerce (1-4).
McNeese (1-4) fell at SLU but had glimpses of a freshman quarterback who gave the Cowboys a spark and will host HCU (3-2) in a modified Homecoming celebration, hampered by the cancellation of the game with NSU two weeks ago.
