Seems like just picking Furman might be enough to carry you across the goal line.

That said, North Alabama, not Furman, was the key to your 1 point victory over FUBeAR last week. Damn Lions!


But seriously, FUBeAR is interested in why you, as an unaligned picker, picked Furman over WCU. Over 70% of the pickers here, all but 1 non-aligned SoCon picker, and almost all of the National pundits picked WCU. Why not you?

What an honor, and totally undeserved I do say

it was a tough one but it just came down to Furman just seemed a little tougher meaning I don’t trust W Carolina being good enough on Defense to get the big stops when needed

Honestly, I assumed most participants would choose Furman. While I expected them to win, I thought picking Western Carolina would give me a boost in the standings. Obviously, that backfired.
