But NOT their worst.

Just a couple of observations. Our poll has similar issues, but not as egregious.

Delaware and UIW are too high. NCCU and Florida A&M are way to high. A&M has the 104 SOS out of 128. Really?

WCU, Central Arkansas, and ND are too low.

UC Davis is marginal top 25. N Iowa, YSU, Nova, and especially Albany are all more deserving.
