ours was not an upset, it was a toss up actually I think. Just how the game ended was insane

Make up your mind guys.

UM (at least from UM posters) is the toughest place place to play outside the fabulous UNI dome. Throw in some snow, cold temperatures, a small college SoCon opponent with little or no snow experience, and it's a perfect environment for a UM blowout. That is why it gets my vote.

How is it an upset if all the experts (Coulson, Dowd, etc.) predicted Wofford over MT?

wofford over Montana could be argued that it isn't an upset. But since Montana was playing at home, I certainly consider it an upset.

However, I really don't know how anyone could consider a UMass win over Fordham to be an upset.

My reading from earlier in the week was that Missoula got snow earlier in the week and the field would have to be cleared. Toss in some southern Canadian temperatures and the Terriers had their underbellies exposed.

xlolx Give Pete two weeks to prepare and he can shut you down. I guess I would pick Wofford and Montana, but I felt Wofford had a good shot. I wasn't impressed by Montana's wins this season.

I actually thought it was a toss up until I heard it was 13 degrees. I knew that the cold weather was worth an extra 3 points to Montana.

I picked Wofford-Montana because Montana was seen as somebody that could go very deep in the tournament if not win it...not to mention its a seeded team getting knocked off

Boy, and you don't include the EWU/McNeese game as an option?? The great thing about the FCS...ITS WHY WE PLAY THE GAME!!! Goes to show how 'great' all the poll stuff is and one wonders why peoples' shorts get all tied up in knots each week when they're release. Besides EWU--there was Wofford and, then, UNH and Fordham throwing some scares into people.
