OGDEN, Utah (Nov. 19, 2007) - The Big Sky Conference has announced the 2007 All-Conference football team along with Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and Newcomer of the Year. The teams and awards were selected by the league’s nine head coaches....

Because the conferences leading tackler was Bobby Daly.
*Edit: MSU's stats on their site actually has Daly at 136 tackles, which would be 1 more than UNC's Sarmento.
But I agree, Sarmento should be on 1st team regardless.

The only thing I can think of is that Sarmento missed the last game and a half with an injury, still frustrating though.xrulesx

One more thing. How does NAU's CB Ricky Wilson get 1st team over MSU's Michael Beach? Beach had 5 INTs to Williams' 1 (conference leader had 6). Beach also had more TFL, sacks, pass breakups, and had 2 TDs. What a bunch of BS.

I can see Papich not on there this year but Beach not on there is complete horseshi*. As is Daly not receiving a unanimous selection. BSC at it's worst. xnonono2x
