Hah. This is nothing but a slight, very slight, shuffle from last year's results. It has one or two tidbits of factors thrown in to make you believe it is some sort of in depth analysis, but it hardly has very much to be of any real value. Anyone could just as well, or more likely, as badly, looking at the finals of last year whether they look at the playoff results, final conf standings, or final computer ratings.

Colgate and Lehigh located in the "bottom tier"! 5 years ago I never would have believed such a "ranking" was possible for either school.....

More than half (4 of 7 teams) in the PL lands in the bottom tier nationally, and yet, the league offices seem completely unaware.

I appreciate anyone who writes about the FCS and splitting up teams into tiers like this is tough but I feel like he was overrating some of lower teams in the smaller conferences like the Pioneer and NEC a bit.

Yeah, this is a guy who said FAMU was destined for the playoffs as an at-large this past season. I don't think any other prognosticator had them even in consideration.
