VILLANOVA, Pa. – The University of Pennsylvania softball team dropped a run-rule contest at Villanova on Tuesday. Penn managed just two hits in the contest as the Villanova pitching retired 14 Quakers to end the game. Villanova got one run in the first and that proved to be all the runs needed as the Wildcats took the 8-0 six-inning victory.
