HAMPTON, VA.- Day two of the CAA Championships was highlighted by the Tribe women's 400 medley relay team topping the competition with a gold medal finish. Sophia Heilen finished second in the 200 IM, and Elizabeth Intihar and Katie Stevenson also found the podium.
