Despite an 11-strike out performance from junior pitcher Jordan Benefiel, Austin Peay's softball team dropped its first two games at the Runnin' Bulldog Classic, as the Govs were edged in the open by Robert Morris, 3-2, before falling to the classic's host Gardner-Webb by a 9-3 final.
