Dover, Del. (Dec. 14, 2022) --- Efforts to increase diversity in collegiate equestrian sports will be discussed during a two-part virtual conversation hosted by Black In The Saddle Podcast this Thursday (Dec. 15). The discussion will feature several speakers from Delaware State University , the lone historically black institution in the nation with an equestrian program. Hornet participants will include Director of Athletics Alecia Shields-Gadson and equestrian head coach Jennifer Ridgely, along with current and former DSU riders.
