Jackson State still entirely too high. Everything else appears just slightly arguable.

The only thing I would argue is Tennessee-Martin being ranked. Not only do they not have a win against a team higher than 62 on Massey, but also neither of their two FCS losses came against teams with currently an above .500 record. Meanwhile all 3 of Rhode Island's FCS losses were to current top 25 teams and they also have a win over #14 Elon.
