Albany beats Maine 23-21 with 3 penalties with no time left to give the Danes the game, with 3 more additonal tries.
Pretty much sums up Maine's season.

What a game, Delaware scores 13 in four quarter to take lead. Richmond only scoring is 5 FG

Indiana State was up 14-0 on Western Illinois going into halftime. WIU was starting to move the ball well on their first drive of the second half, but on a 33-yard reception, our top receiver (Naseim Brantley, junior transfer from Sacred Heart) went down with a horrific leg injury (like...human ankles/lower legs aren't supposed to look like that). After a long delay to get Brandley's leg stabilized and get him loaded onto a stretcher, then another 3 minutes for the teams to warm up again, WIU had lost any fire/motivation they might have been starting to build up at that point. INSU eventually scored one more time near the end of the 3rd quarter to win 21-0.
