Dover, Del. (Nov. 7, 2022) --- Delaware State University President Dr. Tony Allen, along with head football coach Rod Milstead and his team were joined by Governor John Carney and dozens of family members, friends, and present and former colleagues of the late Bryan J. Bosssard gathered at Alumni Stadium today for a memorial service in honor of the Hornet assistant coach, who died on Oct. 17 at age 55.
