Another season has begun for the Ancient Eight.

Merrimack at Harvard
Valpo at Dartmouth
Bryant at Brown
'Gate at Quackers
Princeton at Stetson
Cornell at VMI
Yale at Holy Cross
Columbia at Marist

My picks:
Harvard in a toss-up -- Merrimack is 1-1 but they piled up on a middling D-II this week.
Dartmouth by 3+ TDs
Bryant by 1-3 scores
'Gate by 2-3 TDs
Princeton by 3+ TDs
VMI by 3+ TDs
HC by 1-2 scores -- I'm not sure about Yale at this point but HC played real tough against a struggling MAC, especially in the 2nd half.
Columbia by 3+ TDs

I think that only Yale-HC will be a close game. The rest should be double-digits (and yes, that includes Harvard over Merrimack).

Yep, like an alarm clock in the middle of a long nap of an opening schedule

Agree, but with the caveat that I would feel better about Yale's chances if they could play HC in October.

Pennsylvania will give Colgate trouble, especially at Franklin Field.

I agree, but wouldn’t be surprised if HC and Colgate win.

The writer and editor of that article need to be fired. Reads like a 3rd grade essay with all the nonsensical sentences, grammar, and punctuation errors.
