ORANGEBURG, SC--In celebration of "South Carolina State University Day," members of the General Assembly, including Rep. Russell Ott, D-Calhoun, will host representatives from SC State on Wednesday, March 23. The university's HBCU National Championship-winning football team will also be in attendance.
