JACKSON, Miss. – After the 2021 NFL draft came and went without a single athlete from an HBCU selected, Deion Sanders and the Jackson State coaching staff opted to host their own pro day, inviting all of the Mississippi HBCUs and smaller tier football programs to the event. On Monday, March 21, the pro day was held inside the Walter Payton Center and at the JSU Football Practice Field.
