Five previously unannounced non-conference matchups involving NEC teams were also revealed by the schedule release and are listed below:

Assumption at Merrimack (Sept. 10)
Villanova at LIU (Sept. 10)

I wish, but doubt it. They have a new coach and fresh look. They should be improved just enough to take care of a FCS opponent. Would have loved to play this game a few years ago when we had a stronger team.

Central is likely to be somewhat mediocre this year, as we lost a lot of seniors and those with extra grad/COVID eligibility. We have a solid, but not spectacular QB. I think we may be in a rebuilding year unless we get an impact player or two from the portal before fall camp.
