UD's home opener vs. Lehigh is sold out

09/01/2005NEWARK — The University of Delaware's season-opening football game on Sept. 10 against Lehigh at Delaware Stadium is a sellout.
It's likely the earliest a home game has sold out in school history, said sports information director Scott Selheimer. Last year's Oct. 23 home game against William & Mary sold out nine days earlier.
All tickets for the Lehigh game, except those that'll be given to students the night of the game, were gone by Tuesday, Selheimer said.
