NEW ORLEANS – Four North Carolina Central University football seniors – running back Isaiah Totten, wide receiver Ryan McDaniel, tight end Isiah Macklin, and linebacker Noah Rainbow-Douglas – have received invitations to play in the inaugural HBCU Legacy Bowl on Saturday, Feb. 19, at Tulane University's Yulman Stadium in New Orleans, Louisiana.
