Here I sit in the desert, less than 48 hours away from the start of the season, and the preview magazine that I ordered around mid July has not arrived. Who should I contact about a refund?
BTW: The countdown clock on the 1-AA.org main page is incorrect. It appears to be pulling time from the local machine reguardless of the time zone that it is set to. So the countdown clock will only be correct for users who are set to Eastern time (GMT -5) with their time set correctly. While users like me in the Baghdad time zone (GMT +3) see the countdown as being 8 hours off.
