This game looks like a mismatch on paper, but Portland State upset Hawaii 5 years ago by a score of 45-20. I think Oregon State will finish 6-5 or 7-4 this year, and Portland State about the same.
I look for Portland State to keep it close for 2 quarters, and then for Oregon State to pull away in the later 3rd quarter.
