ISUr fairing very well again at halftime of a tough game against a top 15 team for the 4th straight week ... today up 13-7 over USD, and had a short FG blocked.

Did same against SIU (up 17-0 at half), MoST (tied at half), NDSU (down 10-0 until mid Q4), and USD (lead 13-7).

We appear to be a top 15 level 2 1/2 quarter team, and then wheels fall off .. we'll see how 2nd half goes today. Carson Camp went out with injury .. didn't see it.

Were inside the WIU 10, ran the ball to the 4 or so with about 14 seconds left, stood around clueless. the QB looked like he was going to spike it, faked it, OL and most everyone else just stood around, threw an incomplete pass, UND coach proceeded to lose his mind...it was quite the series of events...lol

It was a good game. The Poke defense went man on the receivers and pressured the QB. Ward threw for a lot of chunk plays but got picked 4 times and sacked pretty hard. McNeese had not touched him in the last three games while sitting in a zone and letting him small ball it with his speedy receivers getting a lot of YAC. There were some bone head plays by McNeese that could have cost em (roughing the kicker, targeting, taunting, etc)

I'm just glad that murderous 3 game loss streak to them is over xhurrayx
