15,394 at UNH to see Dartmouth manhandle the Wildcats.

With that type of crowd I'm guessing that the Granite Bowl becomes an annual event again.

I'm impressed that Harvard draws that many.

Announced 7121 for Albany's homecoming, probably held down by a forecast of terrible weather (that arrived late in the first quarter) and an 0-5 record going in against Villanova.

Pards, I believe that’s correct. Harvard should get back into five figures with the Dartmouth game in two weeks. For some reason, despite having the best stadium in the Ivies, Princeton has not drawn well. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Harvard game is under 10,000.

Interesting to note that in the Norfolk VA market yesterday, FCS Norfolk State pulled in a larger crowd (16,800) for their game than FBS Old Dominion (16,400).

Very impressive, goes to show if you make the right hire you can turn a program around, increases student and alumni turnout and the school makes crazy money on homecoming. That has to be a HBCU record for home game attendance excluding a classic game.

Shouldn’t be. Not only is our fan support weak but our athletic department constantly shoots themselves in the foot. We don’t have a single Saturday night home game on the schedule. Early afternoon kickoffs are turnoffs.

Yeah I don't get it, I feel like a ton of CAA teams fanbase have reduced activity significantly on AGS....... we used to have like 50-80 in the pick'em... now we have like 20

A sort of disappointing 4,518 at Fitton to see the Saders get their 1st home win of the campaign. Lowish figure may be due to the game being sandwiched between Homecoming and the game at Polar Park this Saturday.

The sleeping giant is woke, J-state homecoming was always an event. The Alcorn and Southern games would draw well also

You want to get me excited about a game, Give Dartmouth a call and see if the Ivy champ vs SWAC champ can be played as some type of alternative classic game. Obviously would be better if played in December but I’ll take a kick off classic as well.

You could also call Harvard or Princeton

I know it was discussed when the MEAC looked too unstable after a few of its power schools' departure but a possible post-season IVY vs SWAC CB-type deal was considered, I do believe.

There were 2 IVY league coaches who were advocates and noted the positives of The CB and thought some type of "dual" end-of-year bowl game between both conferences would be an asset.

There is a decent amount of renewed interest and traction in the SWAC (currently), even amidst the pandemic. The wave has yet to crest and too many are ascending. The end-of-year OOC record will rubber-stamp the performance metric.

Unsure if most are/were aware or not but it was capped @ 200 recruits to Jackson St U this past weekend where they had 345 recruit inquiries. They are attracting the attention of 5*s/4*s at will and doing all of it correctly. That is having a ripple effect, somewhat, throughout the SWAC.

that recruiting report is eye popping just wow. I love the FCS playoffs but the regionalization is not helping keeping the flame

Homecoming at Southern this weekend will do crazy numbers too! Especially with Prairie View coming in and that game being a key West division game.
