Grand opening for our new building was Friday afternoon, before the Homecoming game on Saturday. It was originally scheduled to be completed before the football season started but supply chains being what they are it took longer. It closes the end zone of the stadium.
The football offices are all moved into it, along with new locker room, weight room, training center w/hydrotherapy pools, medical clinic, fueling station, meeting rooms for positions groups and an auditorium for the full team (can be partitioned into offense and defense). Moving the football operations here from the fieldhouse freed up a lot of space so the next phase (which I understand has started) is to take that space in the fieldhouse for an improved academic center and more room for all of the other sports teams.
