Wow! 20,748 at Harvard to see the Crimson thrash Brown under the lights. My faith in humanity is partly restored!

Don’t worry, bulldog: if Yale doesn’t cross that threshold against Cornell, they’ll probably get there against us in November!

This is awesome. Especially in New England, where numbers have been on the decline. And where "fear of COVID" is more of a thing even though the actual death rates are significantly lower in our region as of right now.

Bringing back memories of the Holy Cross game in 2008. Probably the last time Harvard Stadium saw 20K outside of the Yale series.

Harvard broke 20K in other night games after ‘08. At least one other against Brown, and one against Dartmouth. But as for day games, you’re right.

Yale attendance #'s are more concerning than most....they used to draw fairly well regardless of opponent(s)....for them to draw less than 5K for both HC and Cornell is troubling

Good Lord!

That sets a low bar for us. We play Cornell in two weeks.

We're lucky it didn't rain. The total would have been cut in half.

At this rate, The Game could be 1997 all over again.

First time the Skyhawks have beaten JSU at the Snow. Been so long they were the Pacers the last time.

5126 in Hanover for Dartmouth's win over Sacred Heart. And if the streaming broadcast was any indication, 5,000 of them were sitting on the home side...

Although a respectable crowd on a yearly basis, that's definitely lower than recent home openers with perfect weather in Hanover....

Lol. That is the most inflated number I have ever seen. The visitors side was completely empty as well as both corners on the home side.

Other than the corners, Dartmouth's home section looked full. Dartmouth doesn't have a reputation of inflating attendance figures. If we did so yesterday, it was by hundreds, not thousands.

I was trying to quote Cocky and messed up. JSU inflated theirs by about 10k.

I'm guessing that Sacred Heart doesn't travel well if the lack of people behind them was any indication....

At Colgate, the PA announcer said that "today's attendance is unofficially, estimated at 5,435..." Shullbit! I sat there and was able to easily count blocks of 50 and there weren't 1,000 in stands. My much more discerning eye said roughly 750-800 TOTAL (500 on Colgate's side and 300 on ours). And that was HOMECOMING!!

I attended a Harvard-Colgate game on parents’ weekend in 1995 or so. There were maybe 10,000 people milling around outside, but only about 2,500 in the stands.
