- no routine testing of fully vaccinated players and coaches unless symptomatic
- unvaccinated, meanwhile, will be tested 3 times/week
- if >= 5% of a team is +, all symptomatic people and close contacts will be tested
- vaccinated: no need for quarantine after close contact
