Booked my flight & hotel yesterday, and signed up for the Alumni BBQ/tailgate. (FYI ... Best bet is Omaha; nothing available in Lincoln.) Can't imagine the feeling of running through that tunnel in front of 80,000 people. I guess watching my son do it will be the next best thing.

Every Maine fan needs to seriously consider getting to Lincoln, NE. I've seen a few games there and it is an awesome experience. They have sold out Memorial Stadium for every game since the 1960's. People leave season tickets in their wills to pass down to the next generation. Truly one of the best settings in the USA for college football. Check out the "Sea of Red" in this picture:

The UNI Dome looks a lot like the NAU Skydome. In NCAA 2005, it looks almost identical on the inside. Pretty cool.
