The University at Albany softball team took down Holy Cross in today's lone game by a final score of 9-4. The Great Danes received a strong relief appearance from Wendi Hammond, who tossed five innings and allowed just one run. On the offensive side, Lové Drumgole led the way for UAlbany with three hits and three RBIs. The second game of today's doubleheader was called off due to rain.
