Has any other other programs mentioned updating its football logos.
Portland State will soon show its new uniforms and logo change for 2007.

PORTLAND STATE FOOTBALL MEDIA DAY NEW UNIFORM INTRODUCTION
Portland State will have a Football Media Day Event on Tuesday, August 7 at 10 a.m. at Stott Community Field. Head Coach Jerry Glanville will speak about the upcoming season in a press conference format at 10 a.m. At 10:15 a.m., PSU will introduce its new football logo and uniforms, designed by Nike. Coaches and players will be available for interviews immediately following the uniform introduction.
Portland State has an incorporated a new secondary logo for the football program that will be featured on the Viking uniforms and helmets. A stylized Viking spear does not replace the current Portland State Athletics logo, it merely serves as an alternative for the football program. The Viking spear was developed by sports-apparel giant Nike, and will run over the crown of the helmet. Nike has also produced new Viking uniforms for the 2007 season.
It would be interesting to hear if other programs are doing likewise.
