Well they are 4-4 for the fall/spring season.

I laughed at Delaware being behind Kennesaw State. Really? What has Kennesaw State done in 2 wins that have them as a top 10 team?

There are three Big South teams in the ORV with a combined record of 3-2. Oprah must be handing out the votes in this poll.

So being 4-4, because we fit in any game we could in the fall, negates head to head wins against 3-3/4-3 teams now?

And one of those losses was to FBS so it’s more like you’re 4-3.

My apologies, but I was unclear what you meant here.

Also, one should, at the very worst, consider Missouri State to be 4-3 (loss to top 10 FBS is insignificant) with Central Arkansas being a solid two-time opponent in the fall. I am not really considering fall in spring rankings, so really Missouri State is 4-1 in my mind. However, this is without beating NDSU, SDSU, or UND. It is unfortunate that COVID has taken away the one opportunity to play UND.

He made it sound like we're still behind UNI/SIU because we're 4-4, including fall games. I was merely pointing out UNI and SIU are 3-3/4-3 AND they lost to us. So I wasn't sure of his point.

I get that the fall games are included in the record for 20/21. But if you're going to factor those in, then you must consider the fact that teams are not the same from the fall. I think that's ABUNDANTLY clear, especially for MO State

With all that said, we knew the games in the fall would count. We took that chance and it didn't work out. We led in both those games I believe and just couldn't hold on. Just one of those as a win, or even off the record, would make a huge difference

It's astonishing that we're even having this conversation in HCBP's first season
