The new field is finished. The Tiger at mid-field and the black endzones are amazing in person! I can't wait for the season to start...

He lived in Baltimore County. He headed up the committe to raise money for the new stadium and field house. He was also a community liason for Towson Athletics. Plus both his daughters went to Towson.

Those lines can be removed fairly cleanly and easily (see Navy's stadium as an example.) No evidence of LAX lines during FB season. Durability/flexibility is part of the beauty of the new generation surfaces.xthumbsupx

Soccer has their own field, natural grass(don't tell mpls). Lacrosse will have their lines painted on. The endzones and logos are inlaid.

This should definitely help recruiting.

It's getting to the point where if you don't have fieldturf recruits start to wonder what's wrong with your program.

It's a simple credibility issue.

That may be but grass still grows fairly well in this part of the countryxnodx

Yep it still grew pretty well at Ohio State too.

But they had to get it to keep up with Michigan.

Etc.

No, but you might be interested in keeping up with App State.

I am absolutely certain that if a recruit makes the choice to go to ASU over Furman it is due to their field turfxnodx

Still the greatest QB I ever saw and apparantly a good guy, as well. Towson did a great thing naming the ballpark after him.
