Austin Peay State University senior men's basketball player Terry Taylor has been named Ohio Valley Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Year—again. He becomes the 15th player in OVC history with back-to-back Player of the Year nods and the second player in Austin Peay history to do so, joining Otis Howard.
