The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga men's basketball team dropped its Southern Conference opener 77-73 to Furman in McKenzie Arena this afternoon. The Mocs had their school-record nine-game winning streak snapped and fall to 9-1 overall and 0-1 in league play. The Paladins improved to 7-3 and 1-0 in SoCon action.
