UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -- The Richmond men's basketball team received 40 votes in the AP Preseason Top 25 Poll released on Monday, the Spiders best showing ever in the AP preseason poll. Richmond's 40 votes were the 32nd most among all teams and the most for any team in the Atlantic 10.
