Time again to post your ranking of the 15 teams playing this fall. Reminder that everyone can participate - this is not just for registered pollsters.

Let's keep up the good discussions of how individual posters ranked the teams as well. Tabulation of the consensus will be around noon Eastern on Thursday.

All of the on-field results for the week were losses to FBS teams by margins of the sort I expected. One new team with performance to assess (ACU) and second data points on a couple but most of the list is still a crapshoot.

Dang...musta been some big practice or transfer news coming out of Cullowhee in the past week. Cats jumped over 3 Teams with none of the 4 Teams in action since the previous week’s poll.

The question is what do we do with Southern Ill and SEMO since they only play one game later in the season while others have resumes with 2020 game experience?

Quick question about going forward - do we want to keep a Top 15 vote or have each of us rank all 17? Simple vote of the group will determine. In case of a tie, vote by ursus will count double to make the decision (if no vote by ursus, I will use a coin flip).

Victim mentality....

Discussion of each others’ rankings is part of the ‘mandate’ of this fun effort. If you’ll stop playing victim for a sec, you’ll notice that El Cid had commentary on my poll last week. I had commentary on yours (only to assist you in correcting a minor mistake), Scrappy’s, and Ursus’. Others who are ‘playing’ had comments on others’ rankings. That’s supposed to be the fun of this...I think.

So - 1) As much as you want to make it so, it’s certainly not all about you; not in the least & 2) If your rankings are above commentary / questioning without butt-hurt whining...maybe you should reconsider if this space is safe enough for you or not.

That said....I’ll try again...

Any big news out of Cullowhee that caused WCU to jump up in your rankings? If so, I’m sure SoCon fans and others here would be interested in learning about that if you’re willing / able to share.

Phew....Had to check who those 2 might be...Mercer Bears look safe in POD World...for now...The Citadel V EKU is an interesting game, I will probably drop the loser out if the game is lopsided. it is just really hard to tell, EKU has gotten blown out twice but they were FBS teams and Marshall looks pretty decent.

Regardless of the number of teams we each select weekly, I will report the results for all teams included. Only 11 participants last week (hoping for more as we move forward) so the calculations are easy to manage. Not like 80+ voters selecting 25 from among 125+ teams.

as far as what's coming out of Cullowhee this year, a new QB and a new DC. Will it make a difference, Catamout fans, always optimistic, hope so. However, our HC started a new 5 year extension on July 1st, so we got that going too.......
