Is there a possibility to play the game if there is spring football?https://media3.giphy.com/media/3o6ZtjhZc244U9prnW/giphy.gif?cid=349c9dd724dvjrqwd0c8ggb7nojy64htvbzc teot3owlanka&rid=giphy.gif

A&T’s AD it’s unlikely you’ll see A&T Football play in the spring.

With the cancellation for this year, will ABC honor the contract and automatically extend the coverage to next year?

Glad he was honest

One would hope that ABC would just extend the bowl game by a year to make up for the cancellation of this year's game. A 2021 Celebration Bowl with the likes of either JSU, FAMU, Grambling or Southern playing NCCU, NSU or SC State has to be appealing to them

But I completely agree with the decision not to play a spring season if the other FCS leagues are playing this fall. Why waste a year of eligibility on a conference title when you can simply wait an additional 6 months and use your eligibility then playing for a national title (NC A&T case) or a Celebration Bowl bid (MEAC/SWAC teams).
