However, this hasn't stopped Charles McClelland from making major moves from his position as Commissioner of the Southwestern Athletic Conference.

A little full disclosure, I earned my MS from Norfolk State. This is where I take off my ETSU hat and put on my Norfolk State hat. If I was NSU, I would at least start looking at an exit strategy should the MEAC fall apart. That makes four teams that have up and left the MEAC recently.
