Looking Ahead

San Marcos — Physically, it’s just a few feet.
It’s not like the head coach’s office is across campus or anything.
But mentally for Brad Wright, coming to terms with the fact that his name is now among a group that he never really thought it would be is a much longer journey.
“I never thought I should be mentioned in the same breath as Bill Miller and Jim Wacker, the guys who coached me when I was here,” Wright said.
And he still isn’t positive that he should be — it hasn’t really sunk in yet that he is a part of that very list.
