High School -- Passed for 1,400 yards, rushed for 400 yards and averaged 10 tackles a game, playing both quarterback and defensive end under his father, head coach Gary Galloway, at St. Vincent de Paul High School in Petaluma. Galloway led the Mustangs to a 10-2 record, 4-0 mark for first place in the North Coast League I South and the CIF-North Coast Section Class B championship last fall. He ran for eight touchdowns, passed for 17 more and, on the other side of the line, sacked opposing quarterbacks 18 times. Galloway earned team and league MVP honors and was named Redwood Empire most outstanding offensive player in 2005. He also earned All-NCL I South first-team honors at quarterback and defensive end. Galloway also lettered in basketball and baseball, serving as team captain in all three sports and earning all-league and all-Empire honors in baseball as a third baseman last spring.
