BOSTON – At the BU Valentines Invitational, Nia Akins, of the University of Pennsylvania women's track & field program, won the 800m in 2:00.71, the second-best time in NCAA indoor history, shattering the Ivy League record and easily setting the fastest 800m time in the country this year.
