The number of recruits is certainly impressive and the size of some of those kids, especially the OL is very nice. I remember reading earlier this year that Butler dropped a couple of men's sports. The rumor was that the sports were dropped to focus more resources on football. This class might be a good indication of that rumor being true.... It also looks to me like Butler must have "out-recruited" some of the scholarship schools that some folks think are an "upgrade" over the PFL.... More and more, this is not the exception but the rule at most PFL schools. It looks like Butler is on the way back, the rest of the PFL has better be paying attention.... Speaking of the PFL, it seems as though both Butler and Jacksonville are significantly stepping up their programs. USD and Drake look to be tough again. Davidson should be building on last season's success. Dayton and Morehead State should rebound from last years dismal effort. The only "unknown" is Valparaiso. Hopefully, they are paying attention to what is going on in the rest of the league. 2007 should be a very interesting season in the PFL....
